Do you have a better chance at getting a job applying online or in person?
I know in person you get to make an impression and that’s a huge part of getting hired, and it gives me a feeling that my application will be looked at. Do your applications even get bothered with when you apply online? Have you ever gotten a job by doing so? Or am I better off just walking in and applying on the spot?
