Do you think there’s a bad chance getting a job by applying online?
I’m iffy about applying for jobs online.
I’m 17 and have never had a job…applied at many places, yes. Calls back? no.
I’m determined to get one, so i’ve been looking online.
Following the “career opportunities” links and backing out….
do you think there is more/less/the same chance of getting a job applying online than going in-store and asking for an application?

If a business has a site for you to apply online, then that’s probably the way to go. If they really are looking, they’ll call you back. I applied online, and i got called back in under a week.
Alot of stores want people 2 apply online now. I know Debenhams and WHsmith do while others want u 2 print the application form off. When i was looking for a job I sent out my cv 2 any shops i wanted 2 work at and while most didnt call back I did get an interview from it. Give it a try!
