Does anybody know where I can find a job working with troubled teenagers and children?

I am a psychology major and looking to work with troubled teenagers and children. When I am done with school i plan on working at juvenile hall and hopefully opening up my own group home.Does anybody know where I can start? Any temp agencies that will help me find a job with troubled children in sacramento? i have no experience and i am looking to gain some..if you know anybody who needs part time help any help with kids PLEASE let me know

    If Sacremento is anything like Tampa you can’t swing a dead cat without hitting a messed up kid, maybe you should also focus on the parents to prevent messed up kids.
