Would you think it would be fair if a company charged an application fee on applicants who want a job with the company?

WTF! It shouldn’t cost anything and if it did, then it’s a scam.

    Well let’s see here:

    Submission of Resume: $0.00
    Application Fee: $0.00
    Appointment Admission: $0.00
Complimentary refreshment provided by company: $0.00
    Employer’s time spent: $0.00
    Business Card: $0.00

    Grand Total: $0.00

Finding a job should be as free as the air we breathe.
Companies who are hiring shouldn’t have to charge potential employees.
That would actually discourage employees of applying. Companies are looking for someone to pay not to charge.

It is illegal in the US and Canada for any company to charge a candidate for an application or interview. 100% ILLEGAL!!

If someone charges you for applying or being interviewed, report them.
