How to find a Job in Canada, while I am still out side?

I’m an Iraqi citizen, 28 years old, I have two Bachelors (civil engineering,english languages and literature ) looking for a job in Canada. I want to go there to as a skilled worker, I know I can apply for skilled worker permanent resident, but if i found a job before I got there, my application will be much much faster, Can you suggest possible job opportunities?
