How to find a job in the recession?

Monday, November 23, 2009
By FindAJob

So, I’m 22, no job, and in desperate need of one. I live in a small town. Wal-mart is about the biggest thing around, and I boycott them. I have absolutely no recent job experience. Nothing in the last 2 years. Don’t bother asking why, I was just a lazy douchebag. Now, I need to get out of this slump, but I’m having real issues. All the advice I get from my family is, “Beat the streets” and that’s just not working. Over 50 apps in just this week, and absolutely nothing in response.

  1. 101% liberal!

    Who cares about a job?

Life is about fun, parties and sex! NOT working.

    Go out and enjoy yourself.

Why don’t you go to God and present him with this problem and ask him to take your yoke, he said “my yoke is easy, my burden is light”. Give it to Jesus and have faith you will get a very good job, speak to a pastor.

I’ve found this site that told me how to get a job, keep a job or advance in your Position and it had helped me a lot. I’ve found out that my place is on the internet

And yes, there are many jobs available online now!! There are no scarcity of jobs. It’s just that, there had been a paradigm shift. Brick and mortar businesses switch to online businesses now.
