How to find a job when you have resigned already? should I tell the truth about that company’s culture ?
I quit the job, since the culture of that company is killing people for no reason, or they enjoy killing. in order not to be fired, I choose leaving. but how could I give presentation to headhunters and potiential employer?

NO! That sounds real far left and anti-business/corporation, anyone that hires you should be fired…
You need to spin it positively.
If you just down the prior employer – you sound like someone with a bad attitude and no employer wants to bring a bad attitude into their business.
Never talk down about your previous employer in any way, shape, form or fashion. Skilled interviewers know that they should view themselves as your potential former employee at some date, so why would they hire somebody that would talk negatively about them? An interview is not the place to voice your concerns; write them in your memoirs or post a blog, once you have a new job.
