I’m an accounting major and need some experience. Where can I find a job?
I live in Michigan and need to start working in the field. I graduate in a year. My grades are good, I have a 3.61, but I need the experience. Billing, A/R, A/P clerk, anything will do.
I’m putting a lot of effort into finding work right now. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Check with non-profits and charities in your area, you’ll be only able to work part-time while your finishing your schooling -
With your grades you can get almost any jobs in the market these days, but be selective, and know why you wanted the job, don’t just take anything because if you choose wrongly you can’t get out of it. Apply for internships if possible and try them out first before making that crucial decision. Do a check on the type of jobs you want at your area, check out the companies that have the jobs you want, what are their requirements? Do your homework and ace the interview.
