Just got a phone call from baskin robbins manager. he wants me to have an interview tomorrow? Tips?
hey guys. i turned in an application last week and he called me today telling me that tomorrow he wants an interview from me. what tips can you give me (not all answerers have to have worked at baskin robbins)

FYI i already turned my application in and all i need to do is go for an interview for the manager to ask me some questions.

Show up on time, maybe a few minutes early. A nice firm (but not a bone crusher!) handshake when you are first introduced Wear a watch and have pens ready in case you need to fill out any paperwork.
Dress nicely, no visible tattoos or body piercings, take it easy on the cologne if you wear it.
Just relax and answer the questions honestly and be yourself.
I think the biggest thing is that you need to be prepared to answer questions like “Why do you want to work here?” with answers that DON’T include “Because I need a job…”
They will also ask you about: how you’ll be getting to work, the hours you’re available, past job experience, etc…
Baskin Robbins was my first job and I basically said that I really wanted to work there because I had a friend who loved her job, the people she worked with, and the customers (kids/people celebrating things) who came in for ice cream and I wanted a job like that.
