What short courses I can take to help me find a job in environmnetal science?

I have a graduate degree in Environmental science. However, I still cant find a job. I am thinking of taking short courses to increase my chances. Are there any short courses that I can take to increase my chances in my job search?
I am also thinking of moving from the city I am living in. Where is the best location in US for Environmental science carrier?
I have a BS in Earth science/Geology

   you may want to look at this web it is university of florida they have many options, grants, and scholarship programs i even know somebody who went there and took this program and loved it. heck nasa uses its tools from time to time.
