Where could I find a job with a felony?
I was recently arrested, booked and released for a pc 487 grand theft. I haven’t gone to court yet and i’m looking for a job. I got offered a pretty good job but they do a criminal backround check , and they ask for fingerprints at the police station. Where or what kind of places could I apply at? should I even bother doing the fingerprint for the job offer?

McDonald’s, Burger King, you get the picture.
General laborer, food industry, roofing and construction jobs will take you but the “Grand Theft” charge would make them wary when it comes to leaving you alone with tools and supplies. You have to rebuild credibility. If you get a job, stick with it for 5 years because that how long employers go back on Police Checks. Maybe you can plea for a lesser charge or ideally get the charge dismissed. There is no better of putting than its obvious you screwed up a your young life and it time to incrementally salvage it
